Liberty Photo Products Inc., San Clemente, Calif., announced Tuesday that it has entered an agreement to acquire the assets of Minilab Supply Store and ProLab Imaging Products for an undisclosed amount. Minilab Supply Store and ProLab Imaging Products, both based in  Plymouth, Minn., will continue to be operated as divisions of Liberty with a focus on paper, chemistry, photo imaging equipment, consumables, and spare parts.

  “The acquisition will allow us to strengthen our position with independent photo retailers and penetrate new and exciting markets,” said Garry Green, president of Liberty Photo Products. “We expect to serve our combined customer base with a greater breadth of products, utilizing the excellent customer service reputation of both organizations.”
