Photo sharing site Photofun.com has now launched in North America. Photofun.com, already a hit in Europe at www.webprint.nl, boasts an interactive Flash interface and revolutionary pricing structure, says the company. Photofun.com will give new registrants 50 free 4-by-6 prints, and provides prints for 5 cents apiece.

  ”Our price of 5 cents shatters the industry standard price of 10 cents,” said Terry Rayner, president of Photofun USA, Dallas, Texas.
  Users can also create a range of photo products, including albums, calendars, zapbooks, personalized postcards, greeting cards, day planners, posters, business cards, canvas prints, birthday calendars, and photo displays. “Photofuners” upload their digital photos to www.photofun.com and products are delivered direct to the printing device in real time, says the company.
